These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of products and participation in programs offered by Learn Robotics LLC, with the brand name, Industrial LR.

By purchasing any Industrial LR product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll.

Industrial LR provides project-based online industrial training designed to help customers build a professional portfolio. These Terms explain what is included with your purchase, how the program is delivered, and the responsibilities of both Learn Robotics LLC and its customers.

Enrollment provides immediate access to digital product materials. Because digital access is delivered immediately, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Learn Robotics LLC may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your enrollment governs your purchase unless otherwise required by law.

1. Enrollment

Enrollment is completed when your payment is successfully processed and your order is accepted by Learn Robotics LLC.

Enrollment is personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred, assigned, shared, or resold without our prior written approval.

By enrolling, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
• The payment method used for enrollment is authorized.
• The information you provide during enrollment is accurate and complete.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You have reviewed the program description before enrolling.
• You understand what is included with your purchase.
• You understand that enrollment grants immediate access to digital program materials.
• You understand that all purchases are final and subject to these Terms.

Only the features, services, and deliverables expressly described on the applicable program sales page or purchase confirmation are included with your enrollment. No verbal statements, marketing discussions, emails, chat messages, or other communications modify these Terms unless expressly agreed to in writing by Learn Robotics LLC.

2. Products

Industrial LR offers the following products. Your purchase confirmation identifies the product in which you are enrolled.

Portfolio

Portfolio is a 12-week, self-paced online training program designed to help customers build a professional portfolio through hands-on projects.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, Portfolio includes:

• Twelve (12) weeks of access to the Industrial LR learning platform.
• Self-paced training modules.
• Project-based curriculum.
• Portfolio projects and supporting resources.
• Certificate eligibility upon successful completion of all required work.

Priority

Priority includes everything in Portfolio, plus additional guided support as described on the applicable sales page at the time of enrollment.

Examples may include engineer feedback, project reviews, office hours, or other support services.

Placement

Placement includes everything in Priority, plus career services described on the applicable sales page at the time of enrollment.

Examples may include resume review, portfolio review, interview preparation, LinkedIn optimization, and other career support services.

Product Updates

Learn Robotics LLC may improve, update, reorganize, replace, or expand product content, projects, resources, software, and instructional materials at any time.

These updates are intended to improve the learning experience and do not constitute a different product or create any right to a refund, credit, or additional services.

Access Extensions

Portfolio includes twelve (12) weeks of access unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Customers may be offered the option to purchase a monthly access extension after their initial access period expires. Access extensions are optional, billed separately, and continue access only for the period purchased.

Monthly access extensions:

• Are optional and not included with initial enrollment.
• Renew automatically until canceled, if purchased as a subscription.
• May be canceled at any time before the next renewal date to prevent future charges.
• Do not restart or extend the original 12-week program period or alter any completion requirements.
• Are non-refundable once a renewal payment has been processed.

Learn Robotics LLC may modify or discontinue access extension offerings for future billing periods at its discretion.

3. What's Included

Your enrollment includes only the product, program, services, and features expressly described on the applicable sales page and your purchase confirmation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, your enrollment does not include:

• Lifetime access.
• Job placement or employment guarantees.
• Salary or promotion guarantees.
• One-on-one coaching or consulting.
• Services outside the scope of your purchased program.
• Future programs or products.
• Hardware, software, tools, or third-party services not expressly included.
• Custom engineering, technical support, or project development services.

Industrial LR may provide recommendations for third-party software, hardware, or online services. Those products and services are offered by independent providers and remain subject to their own terms, pricing, and availability.

Requests for services outside the scope of your enrollment may require a separate purchase or written agreement.

4. Program Access & Digital Delivery

Access to your program is provided after your enrollment has been successfully completed and payment has been received.

Upon enrollment, Learn Robotics LLC will:

• Provide access to the Industrial LR training platform.
• Send a confirmation and/or welcome email to the email address provided at checkout.
• Make the purchased program available for immediate access.

Program delivery is considered complete once access to the purchased digital program has been made available through the Industrial LR learning platform.

Learn Robotics LLC maintains records relating to digital fulfillment, which may include payment confirmations, acceptance of these Terms, confirmation emails, account creation, login timestamps, access logs, and platform activity. These records may be used to verify that digital services were delivered.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate email address, maintain access to that email account, and ensure their device and internet connection are capable of accessing the online learning platform.

Failure to access the program after enrollment, failure to complete the program, or failure to use the services provided does not constitute non-delivery of the purchased program.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated, payment in full is required before access to any Industrial LR program is granted.

Industrial LR may offer optional payment methods through third-party payment processors or financing providers. Any financing agreement is a separate agreement between you and the financing provider and does not modify these Terms.

All purchases are final.

Because access to digital program materials is provided immediately upon enrollment, Learn Robotics LLC does not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations for any program, upgrade, add-on, or access extension.

Choosing not to access the program, not completing the program, or deciding the program is not a good fit after enrollment does not entitle you to a refund or credit.

If recurring billing applies to an optional monthly access extension, you are responsible for canceling the subscription before your next billing date. Once a renewal payment has been processed, that billing period is non-refundable.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact Learn Robotics LLC before initiating a payment dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve legitimate billing issues.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated after program access has been provided, Learn Robotics LLC may:

• Suspend or revoke access to the program while the dispute is pending.
• Suspend certificates of completion or other program benefits.
• Provide payment processors, financial institutions, arbitration providers, or legal authorities with records supporting fulfillment of the purchased digital services.

Such records may include:

• Order and payment confirmations.
• Acceptance of these Terms during checkout.
• Confirmation and welcome emails.
• Account creation records.
• Login timestamps.
• Learning platform activity.
• Project submissions and support interactions.
• Other records demonstrating delivery and use of the purchased program.

If a payment dispute is resolved in favor of Learn Robotics LLC, access may remain suspended until any outstanding balance, fees, or costs associated with the dispute have been satisfied, where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to Learn Robotics LLC under applicable law.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To help maintain a productive learning environment, customers agree to:

• Use the program for its intended educational purpose.
• Complete work independently unless collaboration is expressly permitted.
• Provide accurate account and contact information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Communicate respectfully with Learn Robotics LLC staff and other customers.

Customers are responsible for managing their own progress through the program and completing any required work within their access period.

Industrial LR is a self-directed, project-based program. Your results depend on your participation, effort, and application of the material. Learn Robotics LLC does not guarantee any specific educational, employment, or financial outcome.

Failure to participate, complete projects, attend optional support sessions, or use the resources provided does not constitute a failure of program delivery.

8. License & Intellectual Property

All Industrial LR training materials, videos, documents, templates, graphics, software, branding, and other program content are the property of Learn Robotics LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased program for your individual, personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Share your account or login credentials.
• Allow another person to access your enrollment.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell program materials.
• Use program materials to teach, train, or operate a business without prior written permission.
• Publish or distribute substantial portions of the program in any format.

You retain ownership of the original projects, code, documents, and portfolio work you create as part of the program. By submitting work for feedback, you grant Learn Robotics LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to review, store, and use those submissions for educational purposes and, with your permission where required, for marketing or testimonial purposes.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of program access without refund and may result in legal action to protect Learn Robotics LLC's intellectual property rights.

9. Photo, Video & Testimonial Release

During your participation in an Industrial LR program, you may choose to submit photos, videos, audio recordings, testimonials, project work, or other content to Learn Robotics LLC.

Unless you notify us in writing before submitting such content, you grant Learn Robotics LLC a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, and promote that content for educational, marketing, promotional, and business purposes across any media now known or later developed.

This license includes the use of your name, likeness, voice, job title, company name, project work, testimonials, and similar materials that you voluntarily provide.

You acknowledge that you will not receive compensation for such use and waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials in which your content appears.

You may withdraw your consent for future marketing use by submitting a written request to Learn Robotics LLC. Such withdrawal will not require Learn Robotics LLC to remove materials that have already been published or distributed before the request was received.

10. Code of Conduct

Industrial LR is committed to maintaining a professional learning environment for all customers.

By participating in the program, you agree to:

• Treat Learn Robotics LLC staff and other customers with professionalism and respect.
• Use support channels only for their intended purpose.
• Complete and submit your own original work unless collaboration is expressly permitted.
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

The following may result in suspension or termination of program access without refund:

• Sharing or allowing unauthorized access to your account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusive conduct toward Learn Robotics LLC staff or other customers.
• Fraudulent activity, payment fraud, or material misrepresentation.
• Attempting to circumvent, exploit, or interfere with the operation or security of the learning platform.
• Reproducing, distributing, or misusing program materials in violation of these Terms.
• Repeated misuse of support channels, including excessive, abusive, or disruptive communications that materially interfere with normal business operations.

Learn Robotics LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect its customers, employees, intellectual property, or business operations.

11. Employer Reimbursement

Employer reimbursement, tuition assistance, or third-party sponsorship does not modify these Terms. The customer remains responsible for payment unless Learn Robotics LLC has entered into a separate written agreement with the sponsoring organization.

12. Support

Support is provided only through the support channels included with your purchased program.

Learn Robotics LLC aims to respond within a reasonable timeframe but does not guarantee response times.

Support is limited to questions related to the purchased program and does not include consulting, custom engineering, project completion, employment services beyond the purchased program, or other services not expressly included.

13. Certificates of Completion

Certificates of Completion are awarded only to customers who successfully complete the required program requirements.

Learn Robotics LLC reserves the right to withhold or revoke certificates in cases involving payment disputes, fraud, academic dishonesty, or material violations of these Terms.

14. General Legal Terms

Disclaimer

Industrial LR programs are provided for educational purposes only. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, all programs, content, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learn Robotics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your enrollment, participation, or use of any Industrial LR program.

Learn Robotics LLC's total liability for any claim relating to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable program.

Force Majeure

Learn Robotics LLC shall not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, cloud provider failures, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, or other force majeure events.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Learn Robotics LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the program.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your enrollment shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida, except where prohibited by applicable law. Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

You waive any right to a trial by jury for claims subject to arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

Learn Robotics LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law. The version in effect on your enrollment date governs your purchase.
